If these conditions don’t apply to you, you can take the DKT online. You can make a booking to take the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) in-person at a Service NSW Centre. Take the online test as many times as you need for the one test fee. Most of our tests are delivered online only to allow for equitable access for test candidates.
Applying for a review of test results
A test review means that a separate examiner will mark your test instant withdrawal casinos again, and the marks from all examiners will be taken into consideration to determine your final result. Cancel your test booking

- You are eligible for a refund of 75% of your test fee if you cancel your test at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time.
- To pass the CCL practice test, you must achieve a score of 63 or more, and at least 29 marks in each dialogue.
- Your 75% refund will be processed within 14 days in most cases.

These practice tests are run on the test platform, so you can get familiar with the system before your test day. When you book your test date, NAATI will include a link to a practice test in your test confirmation email. Candidates should be aware that organisations offering training do not have unique information about the test. NAATI sets the test and is the authority which issues the result. NAATI is aware that some organisations offer training or courses claiming to prepare people for the NAATI CCL test.
Application cap indicators
To apply, you need to wait until the cap opens on 1 July next program year. This is because all places for the program year have been filled already. We will reopen a ‘paused’ cap later in the same program year to allow new applications. There are no caps for second or third Work and Holiday visas. If you’ve passed the test in DKT online, you do not need to make a booking to go to a service centre and apply for your licence. Due to the high interest in the Work and Holiday visa program in some high demand countries​​​, the department has paused application lodgement. This may happen when the cap is nearly filled or to spread out visa application lodgements throughout the program year. You will receive feedback from examiners which will help you determine your readiness for the actual test. You will need to pay the test fee when you select your test date.
